Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty or damaged. Due to the handmade nature of my bracelets, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is any issue with your order, please reach out. I am always happy to help.
