Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
- Is faulty or damaged
- Is significantly different from its description
- Does not perform as expected
These rights apply regardless of any store policy.
Returns for faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once assessed, I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as required under ACL.
Change of mind
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of my bracelets, I do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, water, or chemicals
Refund processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law
